Mallard Cove has access to a number of fields, parks, tennis courts, basketball courts, jogging trails and a playground - all in the same neighborhood! Blueberry Hill Park, maintained by Montgomery County, is on our street. Residents also enjoy access to the community pool, maintained by neighbor Park Overlook.
